Finally, our absolute favorite part! During this phase, our team will orchestrate the installation of furnishings, fixtures, and decor, meticulously bringing your custom design to life. We’ll plan our Big Reveal day, where you’ll walk into your dream home for the very first time - there’s no better feeling!
Procurement
With your approval of the design, we transition into the Procurement phase, where we source and purchase all necessary materials, furnishings, and accessories. Leveraging our extensive network of trusted craftsmen and vendors, we’ll make sure every detail and plan is carried out with precision.
Presentation
Once the design concepts are finalized, we present our vision to you in a captivating Presentation. Through mood boards, renderings, and material samples, we bring the design to life, allowing you to visualize the transformation of your space and providing an opportunity for feedback and refinement before moving forward.
Design
With your approval of the Proposal, our team dives into the Design phase, where creativity and expertise converge to bring your vision to life. We meticulously craft floor plans, select materials, choose furnishings, and refine every detail to create a cohesive and harmonious design scheme tailored to your tastes and lifestyle. While we’re busy creating the home of your dreams, you’ll be free to go about life as usual, knowing that you’ve got trusted professionals in your corner.
Proposal
Following our Discovery phase, we craft a comprehensive Proposal that outlines our proposed design approach, project scope, timeline, and estimated design fees. This detailed document serves as a roadmap for our collaboration, ensuring transparency, alignment, and clarity every step of the way.
Discovery
After filling out our Contact form, we’ll start with an online Discovery Call or in-person Meet and Greet at our studio to discuss your project goals, timeline, and design style. If it's a mutual fit, we schedule an in-home consultation where we assess your space, gather measurements, and delve deeper into your design needs and preferences.

If we seem like a great match, we’ll move onto an in-home consultation. We’ll make notes and take measurements to get a true feel for the space and its possibilities. We’ll brainstorm and dream freely.
Meet & Greet
Next, we’ll jump on a Zoom call or schedule an in-studio meeting so we can get to know each other and chat details about the project. Home design is deeply personal, so ensuring a good culture fit is so important!
