Lake Norman Elegant and Classic Living Room

With all that’s been going on with the new shop and our own remodel it must seem like I stopped doing design work:)… alas, I have not and don’t know if I ever could because I enjoy it so much! Here are some pictures from an install I completed today- I am so pleased with the results and so is the client which is always a good thing!

I had a blank slate to work with which always makes it fun. This room overlooks the lake and can you believe there was no door to the outside? So project number one entailed turning this large window into french doors. The second project was to give it a little character- this room was begging for a coffered ceiling and as always, my carpenter delivered! New paint was a given, then some gorgeous furnishings and accessories and voila, you have an elegant, classy room that’s not only a joy to look at, but a great place to entertain!
